Winners were announced for the 28th annual AGTA Spectrum Awards, which will be held at the 2012 AGTA GemFair at the Convention Center in Tucson, Arizona from January 31 to February 5. This event is hosted by the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA).
The competition was judged October 22 and 23 in New York. Judges for the 2012 competition included master goldsmith Klaus Burgel, Sylvain Chervin of Carvin French, Cindy Edelstein of the Jewelers Resource Bureau, Patricia Faber of Aaron Faber Gallery, and Clay Zava of Zava Master Cuts.
